This section applies to all price-related promotions, advertisements, or guarantees offered by Cowboys Roofing Inc., including but not limited to promotions advertised as “beat any quote,” “beat any quote by up to $1,000,” or any similar pricing incentives (collectively, “Promotional Offers”).

To qualify, the competing contractor must meet all of the following requirements:

- Be in continuous operation for a minimum of five (5) years;

- Hold a valid and current business license in Calgary, Alberta;

- Offer workmanship and manufacturer warranties equal to or greater than those provided by Cowboys Roofing Inc.;

- Be certified or approved by the manufacturer of the roofing products being installed;

- Maintain a minimum of fifty (50) verified five-star Google reviews; and

- Be accredited and in good standing with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Customers must provide a complete written quote showing contractor details, scope of work, materials, warranty information, and total project price. Cowboys Roofing Inc. reserves the right to independently verify all submitted information.

Price matches and Promotional Offers apply only to comparable projects and do not apply to promotional or liquidation pricing offered by competitors, cash discounts, pricing errors, insurance-determined pricing, unverifiable quotes, or quotes that differ in scope, quality, specifications, or installation standards.

Cowboys Roofing Inc. reserves the right to refuse any price match or Promotional Offer where honoring such pricing would require reduced workmanship standards, inferior materials, or practices inconsistent with company quality, safety, or operational standards. Estimates generated through the Instant Roof Estimator are automated preliminary estimates based on satellite imagery, property data, and standard pricing assumptions. These estimates are not quotes, contracts, or guarantees of pricing.

Final project pricing is determined solely by Cowboys Roofing Inc. following an on-site inspection and may change based on, including but not limited to:

- Verified roof measurements and pitch

- Site access and safety requirements

- Existing roof condition or structural issues

- Material selection and availability

- Local building code requirements

- Project complexity or unforeseen conditions

No Price Guarantee

$299 Roof Repair Offer Offer valid for residential properties within Cowboys Roofing Inc.’s standard service area.

Pricing is based on repairs requiring up to one (1) bundle of asphalt shingles. Applicable to standard sloped (pitched) roofs only (generally 6/12 pitch or less and safe, walkable conditions). Offer may be applied toward minor shingle repairs or emergency tarping at the discretion of Cowboys Roofing Inc. Includes basic labor and materials required to complete the repair within the outlined scope. Any additional materials, labor, steep slope charges, access limitations, decking repairs, ventilation issues, or underlying structural concerns will be quoted separately.

Flat roofs, metal roofing systems, cedar shakes, and specialty roofing systems are excluded from this offer unless otherwise specified in writing. This offer is intended as a temporary or minor repair solution and does not guarantee a full system repair or replacement.

$399 Siding Repair Offer Offer valid for residential properties within Cowboys Roofing Inc.’s standard service area. Pricing is based on repairs requiring up to five (5) pieces of standard siding material. Applies to vinyl siding repairs only, unless otherwise approved in writing. Includes basic labor and materials required for replacement within the outlined scope. Color matching is not guaranteed due to weathering, aging, and manufacturer variations.

Additional materials, specialty siding (including James Hardie, engineered wood, metal, or composite), insulation board, trim pieces, or underlying wall repairs will be quoted separately.

Access issues, height restrictions, or complex installations may result in additional charges.

17. Cowboys Roofing Inc. – Referral Bonus Terms & Conditions

Referral Bonus Eligibility:

Customers who refer a new client to Cowboys Roofing Inc. may be eligible to receive a referral bonus once all qualifying conditions are met.

Minimum Project Value:

- Referred project contract value must exceed $5,000.00 CAD before taxes to qualify for the standard referral bonus.

- Qualifying projects over $5,000 receive a $250.00 referral bonus.

- Projects under $5,000 may receive a discretionary referral bonus of up to $50.00, at Cowboys Roofing Inc.’s sole discretion.

Referral Declaration Requirement:

- The referral must be declared before contract execution by the referred customer.

Referral requests submitted after the contract is signed are not eligible.

- Referrals are not retroactive and do not apply to past, existing, or previously completed projects.

Unlimited Referrals:

There is no limit to the number of referral bonuses a customer may earn, provided each referral independently satisfies all program requirements.

Qualified Referral Definition:

A referral must be a new customer who has not previously received a quote, entered into negotiations, signed a contract, or otherwise existed in Cowboys Roofing Inc.’s CRM/database prior to the referral submission.

Self-referrals are prohibited.

Payment Conditions:

Referral bonuses are paid only after:

- The referred project has been completed in full,

- The customer has provided project completion acceptance (where applicable), and Cowboys Roofing Inc. has received full payment of all invoices.

Referral Bonus Payment Timing:

Roofing and Exteriors’ “Get an IKO Nordic™ Class 4 Roof for the Price of IKO Cambridge®” promotion is available only on qualifying roofing projects for which a new written quote is issued by Cowboys Roofing and Exteriors between August 3, 2026, and August 31, 2026, inclusive. Under this promotion, qualifying customers will receive IKO Nordic Class 4 shingles installed at the price that Cowboys Roofing and Exteriors would otherwise charge for the instaLlation of IKO Cambridge shingles on the same project, based on an equivalent roof size, configuration and scope of work. The following conditions apply:

- The promotion must be expressly included in the written quote provided by Cowboys Roofing and Exteriors.

- The promotional quote must be accepted within the validity period stated on the quote or between the special offer validity from August 3 to August 31, 2026

- The promotion applies to the shingle upgrade only. Additional work or materials, including damaged decking, structural repairs, ventilation, flashing, specialty accessories, permits, code-required upgrades or changes to the original project scope, will be charged separately where applicable.

The “Get Up To $1,250 Off Your Roof Replacement” promotion is available for a limited time and applies only to qualifying full roof replacement projects completed by Cowboys Roofing and Exteriors.

The promotional discount is up to a maximum of $1,250 and does not guarantee that every customer or project will receive the full $1,250 discount. The actual discount offered may vary depending on the size, scope, materials, roof type, project requirements, location, pricing, and other applicable factors.

Eligibility for this promotion and the final promotional discount amount will be determined solely by Cowboys Roofing and Exteriors and must be confirmed in writing as part of the customer’s quotation or contract before work begins. Certain roofs, repairs, partial replacements, insurance-related work, previously quoted or contracted projects, or other non-qualifying projects may be excluded.

This promotion has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, special pricing, or offer unless expressly approved in writing by Cowboys Roofing and Exteriors.

20. COWBOYS ROOFING INC. — WIN BACK UP TO $15,000 ROOF PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Sponsor

The “Win Back Up To $15,000” Roof Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Cowboys Roofing Inc., operating as Cowboys Roofing & Exteriors (“Cowboys” or the “Sponsor”).

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on September 15, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on October 31, 2026. The winner is scheduled to be selected on November 30, 2026.

3. How to Enter

Entry into the Promotion is available only to eligible homeowners who:

Sign a new roof replacement agreement with Cowboys Roofing Inc. between September 15 and October 31, 2026;

Proceed with the contracted roof replacement;

Have the roof replacement project fully completed; and Pay the project balance in full before the winner is selected.

Signing a contract alone does not constitute a completed eligible entry.

A customer becomes eligible for the final draw only once the applicable roof replacement has been completed and paid in full.

Cancelled contracts, incomplete projects, unpaid balances, partially paid balances, reversed payments, chargebacks or otherwise unresolved accounts are not eligible for the Promotion.

4. One Entry Per Roof Replacement

Each eligible completed and fully paid roof replacement receives one entry into the Promotion unless Cowboys expressly states otherwise in writing.

Additional payments, upgrades, change orders or other services do not create additional entries.

5. Prize

There is one prize available. One eligible homeowner will receive back the eligible value of their completed roof replacement, up to a maximum of: CAD $15,000

The prize is therefore equal to the eligible amount actually paid for the roof replacement, subject to a maximum of $15,000 CAD.

For example, if the eligible roof replacement value is $11,000, the maximum amount returned to the winner would be $11,000. If the eligible roof replacement value is $18,000, the maximum prize would be $15,000.

There is no additional cash value for any unused portion of the $15,000 maximum.

6. What Is Included in the Prize Value

Unless otherwise agreed by Cowboys in writing, the prize applies only to the eligible roof replacement amount identified by Cowboys for the applicable project.

Additional work or charges may be excluded, including but not limited to:

- Change orders;

- Structural repairs;

- Rotten or damaged decking;

- Additional exterior work;

- Siding;

- Gutters;

- Windows;

- Skylights;

- Financing charges;

- Interest;

- Late fees;

- Unrelated upgrades; and Any work outside the original eligible roof replacement scope.

The maximum total prize payable by Cowboys Roofing Inc. is $15,000 CAD.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected from all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2026.

Only projects that have met all entry requirements, including completion and payment in full, will be included in the draw.

The winner will be selected using the method determined by Cowboys in accordance with applicable law.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible completed and fully paid roof replacement projects entered into the Promotion.

8. Winner Verification

Before receiving the prize, the selected homeowner may be required to provide identification and any other information reasonably required by Cowboys to confirm eligibility.

Cowboys may also require the selected homeowner to sign a declaration, acknowledgement or release relating to the Promotion before the prize is issued.

If a selected entrant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, Cowboys may declare that entry invalid and select another eligible entrant.

9. Winner Notification

Cowboys will attempt to contact the selected winner using the telephone number, email address or other contact information associated with their roofing project.

If Cowboys is unable to contact the selected entrant after reasonable attempts, or the selected entrant fails to provide required verification within the timeframe specified by Cowboys, another eligible entrant may be selected.

10. Payment of Prize

Once the winner has been confirmed, Cowboys will arrange for the applicable prize amount to be returned or reimbursed to the winner.

The amount returned will not exceed the eligible roof replacement amount actually paid or $15,000 CAD, whichever is lower.

The method and timing of payment will be determined by Cowboys subject to applicable law and reasonable administrative processing requirements.

11. Disqualification

Cowboys Roofing Inc. reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where there is evidence of:

- False or misleading information;

- Fraud or attempted fraud;

- Manipulation of the Promotion;

- Duplicate or unauthorized entries;

- Cancellation of the roofing contract;

- Failure to complete the project;

- Failure to pay the account in full;

- Chargebacks or reversed payments;

12. Promotion Changes or Cancellation

If circumstances outside Cowboys Roofing Inc.’s reasonable control materially interfere with the operation, security, administration or fairness of the Promotion, Cowboys reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, postpone, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

Any material change will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.

13. Advertising Language

Advertising may use shortened promotional language such as:

Such wording does not mean that every participant will receive a free roof or $15,000.

There is one prize, and the successful entrant will receive the eligible value of their completed and fully paid roof replacement back, up to a maximum of $15,000 CAD.

17. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.

18. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict between shortened advertising copy and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Vinyl Siding Promotion & Manufacturer Warranty Terms

1. Promotional Offer The advertised vinyl siding promotion is available on qualifying residential siding replacement projects through Cowboys Roofing & Exteriors.

Pricing varies depending on property size, materials, project requirements, and installation scope. All pricing is subject to a written estimate and customer approval.

2. Double Limited Lifetime Warranty Qualifying vinyl siding products are backed by Royal Building Products' Double Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty. Coverage applies to eligible manufacturing defects for the original homeowner's lifetime, subject to the manufacturer's conditions, and may be transferred once to an eligible subsequent homeowner.

3. Hail Damage Coverage The manufacturer's warranty includes conditional hail coverage. Homeowners must first submit hail damage claims through their applicable home insurance. Subject to manufacturer approval, eligible replacement siding material costs not covered by insurance may be claimed under the warranty. Hail coverage does not include removal, installation labour, or other associated repair expenses.

The supplied manufacturer's warranty specifies a US$50 servicing fee and requires proof of insurance. Coverage is not a guarantee of free siding replacement or approval of every hail damage claim.

4. Warranty Responsibility & Limitations The product warranty is provided and administered by Royal Building Products, not Cowboys Roofing & Exteriors. All claims, coverage decisions, exclusions, and remedies are subject to the manufacturer's applicable written warranty.

Cowboys Roofing & Exteriors is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions or expenses excluded from manufacturer coverage, except where required by applicable law or Cowboys' separate written contractual obligations.

Any Cowboys workmanship warranty is governed by its own terms.

5. General Conditions Promotional availability and eligibility are subject to confirmation. Customers should review the complete manufacturer warranty before proceeding. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under applicable Alberta law.

22. Winter Roofing & James Hardie Siding Promotion — Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Savings Cowboys Roofing & Exteriors is offering savings of up to 25% on qualifying residential roof replacements and James Hardie siding replacement or upgrade projects booked for winter 2026–2027.

Actual savings depend on project size, materials, installation requirements, and eligibility. The maximum discount is not guaranteed for every project.

2. Spring 2027 Price Lock Homeowners may alternatively secure discounted pricing for qualifying spring 2027 roofing or siding projects. Pricing must be confirmed in a written agreement with Cowboys Roofing & Exteriors. Requesting an estimate or booking an inspection does not automatically guarantee promotional pricing.

3. Offer Eligibility All promotions are subject to project eligibility, availability, and a written estimate. For James Hardie siding, promotional vinyl-equivalent pricing and additional discounts apply only where expressly confirmed in the customer's written agreement. Discounts are not automatically cumulative.

4. Project Scheduling Installation dates are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and scheduling. Cowboys Roofing & Exteriors reserves the right to reschedule installations where necessary for safety or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

5. General Conditions Promotional pricing applies only as specified in the customer's approved written agreement. Any applicable manufacturer or workmanship warranties are governed by their respective terms. Cowboys Roofing & Exteriors may modify or withdraw promotional offers for future bookings without affecting existing signed agreements. Nothing in these terms limits rights protected under applicable Alberta law.
