These Official Terms and Conditions govern the Cowboys Roofing Inc. “Win Back Up To $15,000 Roof Promotion” (the “Promotion”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating.

By entering into an eligible new roof replacement agreement with Cowboys Roofing Inc. during the Promotion Period and participating in the Promotion, the customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions.

HOW THE PROMOTION WORKS

Eligible homeowners who sign up for a new roof replacement with Cowboys Roofing Inc. between September 21, 2026 and October 31, 2026 may be entered into the Promotion.

To become eligible for the final draw:

✓ A NEW ROOF REPLACEMENT AGREEMENT MUST BE SIGNED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD

✓ THE ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED

✓ THE PROJECT MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE DRAW

One eligible homeowner will be selected for the opportunity to win back the eligible value of their completed roof replacement, up to a maximum of CAD $15,000, subject to these Official Terms and Conditions.

The winner is scheduled to be drawn on November 30, 2026.

There is one prize available under this Promotion.

Participation in this Promotion is subject to all eligibility requirements, exclusions, limitations and other conditions set out below.

1. Sponsor

The “Win Back Up To $15,000” Roof Promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored and administered by Cowboys Roofing Inc., operating as Cowboys Roofing & Exteriors (“Cowboys” or the “Sponsor”).

By participating in the Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on September 21, 2026 and closes at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time on October 31, 2026. The winner is scheduled to be selected on November 30, 2026.

3. How to Enter

Entry into the Promotion is available only to eligible homeowners who:

Sign a new roof replacement agreement with Cowboys Roofing Inc. between September 21 and October 31, 2026;

Proceed with the contracted roof replacement;

Have the roof replacement project fully completed; and Pay the project balance in full before the winner is selected.

Signing a contract alone does not constitute a completed eligible entry.

A customer becomes eligible for the final draw only once the applicable roof replacement has been completed and paid in full.

Cancelled contracts, incomplete projects, unpaid balances, partially paid balances, reversed payments, chargebacks or otherwise unresolved accounts are not eligible for the Promotion.

4. One Entry Per Roof Replacement

Each eligible completed and fully paid roof replacement receives one entry into the Promotion unless Cowboys expressly states otherwise in writing.

Additional payments, upgrades, change orders or other services do not create additional entries.

5. Prize

There is one prize available. One eligible homeowner will receive back the eligible value of their completed roof replacement, up to a maximum of: CAD $15,000

The prize is therefore equal to the eligible amount actually paid for the roof replacement, subject to a maximum of $15,000 CAD.

For example, if the eligible roof replacement value is $11,000, the maximum amount returned to the winner would be $11,000. If the eligible roof replacement value is $18,000, the maximum prize would be $15,000.

There is no additional cash value for any unused portion of the $15,000 maximum.

6. What Is Included in the Prize Value

Unless otherwise agreed by Cowboys in writing, the prize applies only to the eligible roof replacement amount identified by Cowboys for the applicable project.

Additional work or charges may be excluded, including but not limited to:

- Change orders;

- Structural repairs;

- Rotten or damaged decking;

- Additional exterior work;

- Siding;

- Gutters;

- Windows;

- Skylights;

- Financing charges;

- Interest;

- Late fees;

- Unrelated upgrades; and Any work outside the original eligible roof replacement scope.

The maximum total prize payable by Cowboys Roofing Inc. is $15,000 CAD.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected from all eligible entries on or about November 30, 2026.

Only projects that have met all entry requirements, including completion and payment in full, will be included in the draw.

The winner will be selected using the method determined by Cowboys in accordance with applicable law.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible completed and fully paid roof replacement projects entered into the Promotion.

8. Winner Verification

Before receiving the prize, the selected homeowner may be required to provide identification and any other information reasonably required by Cowboys to confirm eligibility.

Cowboys may also require the selected homeowner to sign a declaration, acknowledgement or release relating to the Promotion before the prize is issued.

If a selected entrant does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, Cowboys may declare that entry invalid and select another eligible entrant.

9. Winner Notification

Cowboys will attempt to contact the selected winner using the telephone number, email address or other contact information associated with their roofing project.

If Cowboys is unable to contact the selected entrant after reasonable attempts, or the selected entrant fails to provide required verification within the timeframe specified by Cowboys, another eligible entrant may be selected.

10. Payment of Prize

Once the winner has been confirmed, Cowboys will arrange for the applicable prize amount to be returned or reimbursed to the winner.

The amount returned will not exceed the eligible roof replacement amount actually paid or $15,000 CAD, whichever is lower.

The method and timing of payment will be determined by Cowboys subject to applicable law and reasonable administrative processing requirements.

11. Disqualification

Cowboys Roofing Inc. reserves the right to disqualify an entrant where there is evidence of:

- False or misleading information;

- Fraud or attempted fraud;

- Manipulation of the Promotion;

- Duplicate or unauthorized entries;

- Cancellation of the roofing contract;

- Failure to complete the project;

- Failure to pay the account in full;

- Chargebacks or reversed payments;

- Outstanding disputed balances; or A breach of these Promotion Terms and Conditions.

12. Promotion Changes or Cancellation

If circumstances outside Cowboys Roofing Inc.’s reasonable control materially interfere with the operation, security, administration or fairness of the Promotion, Cowboys reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, postpone, suspend or cancel the Promotion.

Any material change will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.

13. Advertising Language

Advertising may use shortened promotional language such as:

“ROOF GIVEAWAY”

“WIN BACK UP TO $15,000”

“YOU COULD WIN BACK UP TO $15,000”

Such wording does not mean that every participant will receive a free roof or $15,000.

There is one prize, and the successful entrant will receive the eligible value of their completed and fully paid roof replacement back, up to a maximum of $15,000 CAD.

14. Promotional Disclosures

The following material conditions apply to the Promotion:

- SIGN-UP PERIOD: SEPTEMBER 21 – OCTOBER 31, 2026

- ONE WINNER

- MAXIMUM PRIZE VALUE: $15,000 CAD

- PROJECT MUST BE COMPLETED AND PAID IN FULL TO ENTER

- WINNER DRAWN NOVEMBER 30, 2026

The Competition Bureau requires promotional contests to disclose the number and approximate value of prizes, facts materially affecting the chances of winning, and the contest closing date, among other material information.

15. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion may be used by Cowboys Roofing Inc. for the purpose of administering the Promotion, confirming eligibility, communicating with entrants and delivering the prize.

Any marketing consent should be obtained separately where required by applicable law.

16. Meta Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Facebook, Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion, selection of the winner or fulfillment of the prize.

17. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.

18. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict between shortened advertising copy and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions govern to the extent permitted by applicable law.
